Hello my lovelies.
So, what has been happening? I wish I could say I've taken these fantastic trips and gone on great adventures, but alas, I've been home. It's been a busy couple of weeks. Work has been hectic, what with IEPs, new students, paperwork, and therapy. However I'm still kicking. I started the clinic three weeks ago and the kids started this week. Lots of new faces which I think could be fun. I've really just spent a lot of my time hanging out with friends. Sarah and her ice skating competition, Drew and Gina for some quality time......I really am lucky to be surrounded by people that I love and people that care about me.

Yesterday was Valentine's Day, or as I'd like to refer to it--Singles Awareness Day. I was lucky though because Sarah came over for dinner and was my Valentine. Our friend Kim was supposed to join us but got stuck at a volleyball tournament, coaching. So, Sarah and I enjoyed a candlelit dinner for two! But hey, more leftovers for Lindsey and me. I made a roast, potato chips, and salad. Oh, and a pomegranate cocktail that'd knock your socks off! Then we grabbed some Ben and Jerry's (talk about cliched for the single gals on Valentine's Day) and watched WALL-E.

I'm excited for the rest of the week as well. Today, Aly and I are going to celebrate her birthday. Dinner and a movie and some girl talk. Tomorrow, I think I'm gonna get some face time with Shannon and her three and Lindsey and I have reservations to Carroll Creek. It's a restaurant here in Annapolis, we're taking advantage of restaurant week and celebrating Valentine's Day together. :) I'm also excited because Nikkie is coming into town.
So, yes. I'm staying busy and enjoying life. I hope everyone else is doing the same!
