It's 2am.....okay ot really but close
Its 1am and I am tired but haven't been able to sleep. I need to sleep. I realize this but alas it evades me. Why does this happen? I go for days, sleep deprived and tired and the one night I can catch up on sleep I lay awake? Does this happen to anyone else? I've tried counting sheep, drinking tea, candles with "relaxing" scents.......Blech! Hmm, I gues I'll stare at the ceiling.

This happens to me all the time when I have a lot on my mind, or study before bed. Your brain is overloaded, dehydrated, and simply tired! If you really need sleep you could take a tylenol PM just for a night or two if you really need sleep! Miss ya...email me if you want more advice.
